1. Overview

At Download Happiness Foundation (DHF), we strive to ensure satisfaction in every aspect of your interaction with our organization — whether it’s enrolling in a course, attending an event, purchasing products, or making a donation. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.


2. General Refund Timeline

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise requested or required.

3. Event Registration Cancellations

  • Users can cancel event registrations up to 48 hours before the event start time for a full refund.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this period unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g., health emergency).
  • In case of event rescheduling or cancellation by DHF, users will be offered a full refund or free rescheduling.

4. Course Enrollment Cancellations

  • Recorded courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • For live or instructor-led courses, cancellations up to 48 hours before the course begins will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • After the course begins, no refund will be issued.

5. Consultation Bookings

  • 1-on-1 consultations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations before 24 hours are eligible for 100% refund or free rescheduling.
  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

6. Donations

  • Donations made to Download Happiness Foundation are considered non-refundable.
  • Refunds may only be granted in case of:
    • Technical errors causing duplicate payments
    • Incorrect billing or unauthorized transactions
  • Refund requests for donations must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Store Orders (Products & Digital Downloads)

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads):

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Physical Products (Books, Merchandise):

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided if:
    • The item is received damaged or defective
    • The wrong item is delivered
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must provide photo/video evidence of damage.

Return Shipping:

  • For eligible returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

8. How to Request a Refund

  • Write to us at info@downloadhappiness.org with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order/Event/Course ID]”
  • Include proof of payment, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation.
  • Refunds will be initiated after a verification process by the support team.

9. Exceptions & Special Considerations

  • DHF reserves the right to make final decisions on refund eligibility.
