Types of Products
We offer two types of products via our online store :
- Physical Products: Books, journals, merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs), spiritual kits.
- Digital Products: E-books, PDFs, course access, meditation files, and event passes.
Shipping Policy for Physical Products
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- For international shipping requests, please contact us at info@downloadhappiness.org before placing your order.
Delivery Time Estimates
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 working days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 working days
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to natural disasters, transport strikes, or regional lockdowns.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- ₹50 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
Delivery of Digital Products
- Instant delivery via email or your dashboard after successful payment.
- For courses, access is granted immediately on courses.downloadhappiness.in.
- If you face any access issues, reach out to support@downloadhappiness.org with your order ID.
Event Passes (Happiness House Events)
- Event passes are delivered as QR-enabled digital passes.
- These are accessible via your event dashboard at events.downloadhappiness.in.
- Physical kits (if included in the event package) will be shipped according to the standard physical shipping timelines.
Order Delays, Damages, or Issues
If:
- Your product hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time
- Your item was damaged in transit
- You received an incorrect item
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@downloadhappiness.org with:
- Your order ID
- A description or photo of the issue
